Growth Form:  shrub

It is native to northern and southern Mexico, as well as Central (Guatemala) and South America (Bolivia, Columbia, Ecuador, Peru) (GRIN).

Senna multiglandulosa is a shrub or small tree with orange or yellow-petaled flowers and leguminous fruit.  Leaves are compound and densely hairy as are young twigs.

It is listed in the Western Garden Book as a vigorous evergreen shrub. It is listed for sale online.
