Life History:  Perennial

Growth Form:  forb

Native to Oklahoma, Texas; widely naturalized, especially southeastern United States (Jepson eFlora).

O. sinuosa is a perennial herb in the Onagraceae family with white to pinkish spoon-shaped petals. It forms large mats and has linear to narrow-oblanceolate, slightly wavy-dentate leaves.

Not available for sale as an ornamental.
