Euphorbia myrsinites L. is an evergreen perennial that is native to Eurasia and has been widely introduced as an ornamental. Plants typically grow 4-8" tall on ascending or trailing stems that grow from a prostrate woody base. Oval, blue-green, fleshy leaves are arranged in close spirals around stems. Flowers are inconspicuous and greenish, subtended by showy yellow bracts. Plants typically bloom in spring. 
 

Popular garden plant, often grown in hot, dry sites. Often used as a ground cover or edging.
