This plant is endemic to Western Australia (Wikipedia).

"Eucalyptus caesia is an evergreen tree growing to 10 m (32ft 10in) at a fast rate. It is hardy to zone (UK) 9. It is in leaf 12-Jan. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by bees. It is noted for attracting wildlife. Suitable for: light (sandy), medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils, prefers well-drained soil and can grow in nutritionally poor soil. Suitable pH: acid, neutral and basic (alkaline) soils. It cannot grow in the shade. It prefers dry moist or wet soil and can tolerate drought" (Plant for Future).
